This is a walk through 2027 one month at a time, using the conferences listed on this site in mid-October 2026. Each month links to its own page with the full list, and each event links to its listing with dates, prices, the call for papers and the sources we checked.
One thing to know before you start. Some regular events had not announced their 2027 dates when we checked, so we list them with expected dates: the previous edition moved forward 52 weeks, which keeps the same weekdays. Those listings carry an “Expected dates” label everywhere on the site, and below they are marked (expected). Treat them as a placeholder for planning, not something to book flights against. The 2027 overview shows how many events fall in each month.
January
The year starts quietly. Everything Open runs in Brisbane from 20 to 22 January, with an operations and security track and an online-only ticket. Conf42 DevOps is a free online day on 21 January, and Chaos Carnival usually lands the same week, also online (expected). The month ends in Brussels with FOSDEM on 30 and 31 January: free, unticketed, and organized around developer rooms on containers, continuous delivery, security and more. Two community days fill the gaps: KCD Panama on 22 January and DevOpsDays Vitória on 23 January. See all of January.
February
Belgium keeps going after FOSDEM with Config Management Camp in Ghent from 1 to 3 February, also free. London has ContainerDays London on 10 and 11 February, and Warsaw has ContainerDays Warsaw on 23 and 24 February with SREday Warsaw on the 24th. In the US, OpsWorld at DeveloperWeek runs in Santa Clara from 9 to 11 February and Dynatrace Perform in Las Vegas from 16 to 18 February. Tokyo has SRE Kaigi on 20 February, Montreal has ConFoo from 24 to 26 February, and Pune has DevConf.IN on 26 and 27 February. See all of February.
March
March is about KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe in Barcelona, 15 to 18 March, with Cloud Native Rejekts in the same city on the weekend before. If you go, plan for the whole week. Elsewhere: PGConf India in Bengaluru from 2 to 5 March, Incontro DevOps Italia in Bologna on 8 and 9 March, SREday London on 18 March, and two free Conf42 days online: SRE on 4 March and DevSecOps on 18 March. See all of March.
April
April and May are the two busiest months of the first half, and April is the harder one to choose in, because so much lands in one week. Starting 12 April you have SREcon Americas in Seattle (12 to 14 April), Google Cloud Next in Las Vegas and QCon London (both 13 to 15 April) and DevOpsDays Tokyo (13 and 14 April). The month opens with SCaLE 24x in Pasadena from 1 to 4 April, which hosts DevOpsDays LA on the 2nd, and closes with GrafanaCON in New York from 27 to 29 April. Community picks include DevOpsDays Zurich, DevOpsDays Atlanta, DevOpsDays Raleigh, KCD Texas in Dallas and KCD Guadalajara (expected). See all of April.
May
May is spread across the month and across regions. VMware Explore is in Las Vegas from 3 to 6 May, the Open Source Summit North America in Vancouver from 17 to 19 May, and Red Hat Summit in Boston from 25 to 27 May. The same last week of May has DevOps Pro Europe in Riga, DevOpsDays Geneva and DevOpsCon San Diego. Cloud Native Days Italy is in Bologna on 20 and 21 May. Several European regulars had not set dates when we checked: DevOpsCon London, Cloud Native Days Romania and KCD Czech & Slovak (all expected). See all of May.
June
June is strong for platform engineering. PlatformCon runs its free online week in the last full week of June (expected), with in-person days at PlatformCon London on 22 June and the New York live day on 24 June. Before that come Cloud Native Days France in Paris on 3 June, FinOps X in San Diego from 7 to 10 June, Cloud Native Zurich on 9 and 10 June, Cloud Native Summit Munich on 14 and 15 June and Datadog DASH in New York on 15 and 16 June. DevOpsCon Berlin and DevConf.CZ in Brno are expected in the middle of the month. See all of June.
July and August
Summer is thin. July has QCon AI Boston on 8 and 9 July, SRE NEXT in Tokyo on 9 and 10 July, the WeAreDevelopers World Congress in Berlin from 14 to 16 July and KCD Lima (expected). August is mostly DevOpsDays: Chicago on 10 and 11 August, Curitiba on the 21st and Rio de Janeiro (expected). If you plan to speak in the autumn, this is the time to write. See July and August.
September
September is as full as April, but most of it is still expected rather than confirmed. ContainerDays Hamburg, KubeCon + CloudNativeCon China in Shanghai, KubeSummit Taiwan, DevOpsDays London, Swiss Cloud Native Day, Nerdearla Argentina and DevOpsCon New York are all (expected). Confirmed: Conf42 Observability online on 9 September, the Open Source Summit Europe in Glasgow from 20 to 22 September, OWASP Global AppSec USA in Atlanta from 20 to 24 September and DevOpsDays Cairo on the 25th. See all of September.
October
October brings SREcon EMEA in Dublin from 5 to 7 October, Splunk .conf in Chicago from 4 to 7 October, the Open Source Summit Korea in Seoul and All Things Open in Raleigh from 17 to 19 October. Expected: PromCon EU, GitHub Universe in San Francisco, Cloud Native Days Norway in Bergen, and DevOpsDays in Boston, Bogotá, Istanbul and Prague. See all of October.
November and December
KubeCon + CloudNativeCon North America is confirmed for New Orleans, 8 to 11 November. The rest of November is mostly expected: QCon San Francisco, OSMC in Nuremberg, CloudNative Days Winter in Tokyo, DevOpsDays Warsaw, and the week of 29 November with both AWS re:Invent and DevOpsCon Munich. December closes with two free Conf42 days online, MLOps on 2 December and Chaos Engineering on 16 December, plus Open Source Summit Japan, DevOps REX in Paris and DevOpsDays Tel Aviv (all expected). See November and December.
How to use this calendar
Three habits save most of the trouble:
- Book confirmed events first. Expected dates can move. Wait for the organizer before buying flights, and check the listing again when you do; we update it when the dates are announced.
- Watch the calls for papers, not only the dates. Speaking slots for spring events close in the autumn before. The open CFPs page sorts calls by deadline.
- Put the dates in your own calendar. Every listing with confirmed dates has an “Add to calendar” file.
For a narrower view, the guides to Kubernetes and cloud-native conferences and to SRE and observability conferences go through those parts of the year in more detail, and the budget guide helps decide which of these a team can afford.
