About Conf42 DevOps 2027
Conf42 DevOps 2027 is a free online conference on Thursday 21 January 2027, the fifth DevOps edition of the Conf42 series, which has opened every year with this event since 2023. It is a single day of pre-recorded talks that stream on YouTube at a set time and remain available on demand, and it is the broadest of Conf42's operations events. The 2026 edition carried 46 talks across CI/CD and pipelines, AI in DevOps, DevSecOps and supply chain, reliability and incident response, Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure, observability, infrastructure as code and GitOps, platform engineering and developer experience, and team culture and delivery; 2025 had 52. Speakers in 2026 came from Adobe, Amazon, Cisco, Google, Meta, Microsoft, Intel, Intuit, MongoDB, Oracle, Splunk, Twilio, Workday and Disney, among others, and Harness is listed as the main sponsor for 2027. The call for papers on cfp.ninja is open until 24 December 2026. Because talks are recorded and there is no travel, it is a good first conference talk for engineers who want a public, linkable recording of their work. Attendance is free, and a free Conf42 membership adds reminders for the whole series.
