Red Hat Summit 2027

Boston, United States · Boston Convention and Exhibition Center

About Red Hat Summit 2027

Red Hat Summit is Red Hat's yearly enterprise open source conference, and the 2027 edition returns to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center from 25 to 27 May 2027, a day shorter than the four-day 2025 and 2026 editions. Red Hat says more than 6,000 people attended in 2026. The programme centres on the products many infrastructure teams run every day: OpenShift for Kubernetes, Ansible Automation Platform for automation and configuration, Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Red Hat AI, with sessions led by the engineers who build them. Red Hat names AI, security, virtualisation and hybrid cloud as the 2027 themes. Recent editions mixed keynotes and breakouts with hands-on labs, including short drop-in labs on the expo floor and evening technical challenges for more experienced attendees. AnsibleFest was co-located and co-branded with the Summit from 2024 to 2026, but early 2027 announcements use only the Summit name, so check before assuming an Ansible-specific track. Registration is expected to open in early 2027 and prices are not yet published; the call for speaking proposals has not opened. The event is in person only, with keynotes and highlights posted to Red Hat TV afterwards. Best for teams standardised on OpenShift, RHEL or Ansible.
