ConFoo Montreal 2027

ConFoo Montreal is a long-running, multi-technology developer conference held at the Hotel Bonaventure in downtown Montreal, with the main conference from 24 to 26 February 2027 and paid hands-on workshops on 22 and 23 February. It is not a DevOps conference, and we list it for one reason: DevOps and cloud computing are standing categories with a real volume of talks. In the 2026 schedule, 18 of roughly 190 sessions were tagged DevOps and 19 cloud computing, alongside 23 on security and 15 on databases, so an operations-minded attendee can fill most slots across the three days. The rest of the programme spans AI, architecture, JavaScript, PHP, Java, .NET, Python, Rust, testing and UX. Talks run 35 minutes plus ten minutes of questions and are given in English or French. There is a single conference pass, CAD 1,225, with a CAD 925 special until 16 October 2026; taxes are extra, there are no daily or student rates, and 2027 workshops cost CAD 750 to 1,250. The call for papers closed on 20 September, and ConFoo covers travel and hotel for speakers from outside Quebec. Registrants get a year of access to recordings. Good for full-stack teams who want DevOps content alongside everything else.
