Cloud Native Zürich 2027

Cloud Native Zürich is the community-organized cloud-native conference for the Zurich area; it ran as Kubernetes Community Days Zürich in 2023 and 2024 and has used its current name since 2025. The 2027 edition keeps the established pattern of a workshop day followed by a conference day: workshops on Wednesday 9 June and the main conference on Thursday 10 June, at the Abaton and Soho event spaces on Heinrichstrasse in Zurich's Kreis 5, two connected venues with a shared networking area and rooftop terrace. In 2026 the conference day ran four parallel tracks and about 30 sessions, all in English, including a sovereignty track and a separate sponsor track, plus a capture-the-flag challenge. The workshop day consists of one-day trainings, run in 2026 by Acend (Kubernetes basics, GitOps with Argo CD, Backstage developer portals, AI in software development, offered in German or English) and an Isovalent eBPF networking and security lab. The organizers describe it as Switzerland's largest cloud-native community event, and sponsors are mostly Swiss platform and consulting firms. Ticket prices and the 2027 call for speakers have not been published yet. Talks from 2026 are on the event's YouTube channel.
