About PromCon EU 2027

The 2027 edition has not been announced yet; these dates are expected, based on the series' usual Wednesday-Thursday slot in early-to-late October, and the host city is unconfirmed: PromCon has been held in Munich in most years, but Berlin hosted it in 2016, 2023 and 2024. PromCon EU is the conference of the Prometheus monitoring project, organized by the Prometheus developer community, and it stays close to the project itself: the 2026 programme covered Alertmanager, native histograms, delta temporality and OpenTelemetry convergence, PromQL functions, faster startup, scrape-time aggregation, agent mode, Linux memory metrics and scaling Prometheus for GPU workloads, alongside five-minute lightning talks. It is a single-track event with room for a few hundred people, so maintainers and heavy users end up in the same room and the hallway conversations are a large part of the value. The 2025 and 2026 editions were hosted at Google's Munich office on Erika-Mann-Straße. In 2026 tickets ran from EUR 130 early bird to EUR 215 late, with academic tickets from EUR 45. The 2025 and 2026 editions were livestreamed, and the streams remain on the Prometheus Monitoring YouTube channel. The 2026 call for papers ran on Sessionize and closed in mid-July for an early-October event.
