DevOps REX 2027

The 2027 edition has not been announced yet; these dates are expected, based on the series' usual Wednesday-Thursday slot in early to mid December, and are unconfirmed. DevOps REX is a French-language conference made up entirely of experience reports (retours d'expérience), with a programme committee that rules out sales pitches on the main stage. It targets French-speaking DevOps and platform engineers, security teams and the managers leading organisational change. The eighth edition would follow the 2026 one at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, which had around 20 talks over two days, seats limited to about 400, and six themes: DevOps strategy and culture, DevSecOps and software supply chain, FinOps, platform engineering and developer experience, AI and DevOps, and digital sovereignty. In 2026 the first day leaned towards DevOps transformation and the second towards DevSecOps, with an unconference slot, an open demo corner and speaker office hours added to the format. The conference has run alongside Open Source Experience, the open-source business show, and a DevOps REX pass has also covered entry to it. The 2026 venue was new, so no venue is listed for 2027. Talks from recent editions are published free on the event's YouTube channel, which is a good way to judge the content before buying a ticket.
