KCD Czech & Slovak 2027

The 2027 edition has not been announced in detail yet: CNCF lists KCD Czech & Slovak among its May 2027 Kubernetes Community Days, and these dates are expected, based on the series' usual Thursday-Friday slot in late May or early June. The location is also unconfirmed. The conference rotates between Slovakia and Czechia, and after Prague in 2026 the next turn would fall to Slovakia, where the 2025 edition was held at the Faculty of Informatics and Information Technologies of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. It is a two-day community event run by a Bratislava-based non-profit association with CNCF support, aimed at developers, platform teams, SREs, administrators, architects and students from both countries. Talks and workshops run in several lecture rooms in English, Czech and Slovak, and the organizers recorded every session in 2025 and planned to stream and record the 2026 programme as well. The 2025 edition, by CNCF's published report, combined 33 talks, three workshops, a panel and five lightning talks. For the 2026 Prague edition the call for proposals ran on Sessionize from late January to the end of March, so speakers should expect a 2027 call in a similar window once the edition is formally announced.
