GrafanaCON 2027

About GrafanaCON 2027
GrafanaCON is Grafana Labs' yearly community conference for the open source Grafana stack: Grafana itself plus Prometheus, Loki, Mimir, Tempo, Pyroscope, Alloy, k6 and OpenTelemetry. After Seattle in 2025 and Barcelona in 2026, the 2027 edition comes to New York from 27 to 29 April. The first day is given over to hands-on labs, which needed a ticket on top of the conference pass in 2026, followed by two days of talks. The call for proposals is open until 11 January 2027 and asks for 10-minute lightning talks, 25-minute sessions, and interactive Science Fair demos that stay on the expo floor for the whole event, which suits hardware and IoT projects. Suggested topics include running Loki, Mimir and Tempo at scale, OpenTelemetry, plugin demos, unusual uses from home labs to space, and monitoring LLMs and AI agents; first-time speakers are welcome and get a free pass. The Golden Grot awards for standout dashboards are presented on the main stage. Venue and ticket prices had not been published when we checked. Talks from the 2026 edition are on demand on grafana.com. A good community-flavoured observability event, especially for people running the open source stack themselves.
