Gartner I&O and Cloud Strategies Conference Tokyo 2027

Gartner Japan's edition of the IT Infrastructure, Operations & Cloud Strategies Conference is scheduled for 30 November to 2 December 2027 in Tokyo, according to Gartner's published 2027 conference calendar. Gartner notes that dates and locations can change, and the venue, agenda and prices for 2027 had not been announced when we checked. The event has used The Westin Tokyo, near Ebisu, in early December for the last few years, most recently from 1 to 3 December 2026. It is aimed at infrastructure and operations leaders in Japan and mixes talks from Gartner Japan's analysts and visiting members of the global analyst team with guest keynotes, case studies from Japanese companies, an exhibit area, roundtables, workshops and one-on-one analyst meetings. The 2026 programme ran five tracks, covering people and organisations, cloud platforms, infrastructure security and resilience, leading through change, and cutting costs while getting more value from IT. There is no public call for papers. For reference, 2026 prices including consumption tax were ¥231,000 at the early rate, ¥262,900 standard and ¥221,100 for government and public bodies; 2027 prices are not yet published. The official pages are in Japanese, with an English version of the site, and the audience is managers and architects from large organisations rather than hands-on engineers.
