Gartner I&O and Cloud Strategies Conference Sydney 2027

Gartner's Australian edition of the IT Infrastructure, Operations & Cloud Strategies Conference runs on 10 and 11 May 2027 at the Hilton Sydney on George Street, a short walk from Town Hall station. The dates are in Gartner's published 2027 conference calendar and on the event's own pages, though Gartner notes that dates and locations can change. Like Gartner's other events it is analyst-led: the pages promise more than 20 on-site analysts, who give most of the sessions and run roundtables, workshops and 30-minute one-on-one meetings for paying attendees, alongside guest keynotes and an exhibit showcase of vendors. The full 2027 agenda is still being put together; the topics named so far are AI, generative and agentic AI in operations, observability and monitoring, and IT operations management, with hybrid cloud and cost optimisation in the headline pitch, plus programmes for sourcing and vendor management leads and for people new to running infrastructure teams. There is no public call for papers. Prices are in Australian dollars before GST: AU$3,625 early-bird, AU$4,225 standard and AU$3,475 for the public sector, up from a AU$3,995 standard rate in 2026, with free extra places for group bookings. The 2026 edition was held at the same hotel on 11 and 12 May, and Gartner puts attendance at more than 500 infrastructure and operations leaders.
