Gartner I&O and Cloud Strategies Conference Las Vegas 2027

Gartner has scheduled the 2027 North American edition of its IT Infrastructure, Operations & Cloud Strategies Conference for 7 to 9 December 2027 in Las Vegas, according to its published 2027 conference calendar. The venue, agenda and prices had not been announced when we checked, and Gartner notes that dates and locations can change. The conference has been a December fixture at The Venetian in Las Vegas, in 2025 and again from 8 to 10 December 2026. It is analyst-led: most sessions come from Gartner's infrastructure, operations and cloud analysts, with guest keynotes, roundtables, workshops and an exhibit hall of vendors, and every paid attendee can book a 30-minute one-on-one with an analyst, subject to availability. Recent agendas have covered agentic AI in operations, cloud strategy and resilience, disaster recovery, observability and monitoring, IT operations management, and leadership and skills for I&O teams, with dedicated sessions for midsize enterprises. There is no public call for papers. For budgeting, the 2026 edition cost $4,925 at the standard rate and $4,175 for the public sector, with free extra places for teams; 2027 prices are not yet published. Session materials go to attendees through Gartner's conference app rather than being published openly. It suits infrastructure and operations managers who want analyst guidance and vendor comparisons in one place.
