Gartner I&O and Cloud Strategies Conference Tokyo 2026

Gartner Japan runs its own edition of the IT Infrastructure, Operations & Cloud Strategies Conference at The Westin Tokyo, near Ebisu, from 1 to 3 December 2026. The programme is aimed at infrastructure and operations leaders in Japan and mixes sessions from Gartner Japan's analysts with visiting members of the global analyst team, guest keynotes, executive talks from Japanese companies, an exhibit area, and interactive formats such as Ask the Expert sessions, roundtables, workshops and one-on-one analyst meetings. The 2026 agenda is organised in five tracks: leading the next generation of people and organisations, transforming cloud platforms, strengthening infrastructure security and resilience, leading innovation and disruptive change, and optimising cost while getting the most value from IT. The conference has used the same hotel in early December in recent years, and the 2025 edition included a talk on putting platform engineering into practice at a Japanese IT services company. Prices include consumption tax: ¥231,000 at the early rate until 23 October 2026, ¥262,900 after that, and ¥221,100 for government and public bodies. As with Gartner's other events there is no public call for papers, and the audience is managers and architects from large organisations rather than hands-on engineers.
