Gartner I&O and Cloud Strategies Conference Mumbai 2027

Gartner's Indian edition of the IT Infrastructure, Operations & Cloud Strategies Conference runs on 7 and 8 June 2027 at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai in Santacruz East, close to the Bandra Kurla Complex business district. The dates are in Gartner's published 2027 conference calendar and on the event's own pages, though Gartner notes that dates and locations can change. The 2026 edition was held at the same hotel on 1 and 2 June. Like Gartner's other events it is analyst-led, with sessions from Gartner analysts, guest keynotes, roundtables, workshops, an exhibit showcase and 30-minute one-on-one analyst meetings for paying attendees. The 2027 agenda has not been published yet; the 2026 programme covered hybrid cloud, AI, generative and agentic AI, cost and value, data centres and leadership. Gartner's pages put attendance at more than 500 infrastructure and operations leaders, and the roles it targets include platform engineering managers, DevOps managers and SRE leads alongside heads of infrastructure, network managers and service management teams. There is no public call for papers. Prices are in rupees before GST: INR 1,11,100 early-bird, INR 1,28,100 standard and INR 1,04,500 for government organisations, with free extra places for group bookings. It suits infrastructure and operations managers in India who want analyst advice and vendor comparisons without flying to Sydney or London.
