Gartner I&O and Cloud Strategies Conference Las Vegas 2026

The Gartner IT Infrastructure, Operations & Cloud Strategies Conference is the research firm's yearly North American event for infrastructure and operations leaders, held at The Venetian in Las Vegas from 8 to 10 December 2026. It is analyst-led rather than community-run: most sessions are presented by Gartner analysts, more than 40 of whom are on site, alongside guest keynotes and an exhibit showcase of vendors. The 2026 agenda centres on agentic AI in operations and how to govern it, cloud strategy and resilience, business continuity and disaster recovery, IT operations management, observability and monitoring, and the skills and leadership questions facing I&O teams, with dedicated sessions for midsize enterprises. A paid pass includes a 30-minute one-on-one meeting with an analyst, subject to availability, plus roundtables, workshops and Ask the Analyst sessions that need booking in advance, and you do not need to be a Gartner client to attend. There is no public call for papers. Pricing is aimed at enterprise training budgets: $4,925 standard and $4,175 for the public sector, with free extra places for teams of three or more. Session materials go to attendees through Gartner's conference app rather than being published openly.
