DevOpsDays Sibiu 2027

The 2027 edition of DevOpsDays Sibiu has not been announced yet; these dates are expected, based on the series' late-May slot, and are unconfirmed. Sibiu, in Transylvania, joined DevOpsDays in 2024 and has run every year since as a community-organized conference; the May 2026 edition was its third. In 2026 it ran over three days at the Ramada Hotel: two conference days with morning keynotes and talks in two parallel rooms, a block of ignites that included a PowerPoint-karaoke session open to attendees, two rounds of open spaces each afternoon and an evening party, then a third, workshop-style day with tracks on DevSecOps and the human side of DevOps. Topics in 2026 included zero-trust infrastructure for AI agents, Kubernetes ingress and operators, platform engineering and measuring internal platforms, turning infrastructure as code into a developer platform, Terraform compliance and intellectual property for engineers. The organizers have offered free places to people who write in with a short motivation letter (in Romanian if they prefer) and a free ticket for teenagers aged 14 to 18 who come with an adult. Tickets were sold through the DevOpsDays pretix shop; 2027 prices, venue and the call for proposals had not been published by mid-October 2026. It suits engineers from Romania and nearby countries who want a small, informal event.
