Gartner I&O and Cloud Strategies Conference London 2027

Gartner has scheduled the 2027 London edition of its IT Infrastructure, Operations & Cloud Strategies Conference for 15 and 16 November 2027, according to its published 2027 conference calendar. Gartner notes that dates and locations can change, and the venue, agenda and prices for 2027 had not been announced when we checked. The London event is the European counterpart to the December conference in Las Vegas, and it has been held at ExCeL London in recent years, in November 2025 and again on 16 and 17 November 2026. It is analyst-led: Gartner's infrastructure, operations and cloud analysts give most of the sessions and run roundtables, workshops and one-on-one meetings for paying attendees, alongside guest keynotes and an exhibit showcase of vendors. The 2026 programme featured agentic and generative AI in operations, observability and monitoring, IT operations management, digital sovereignty, and leadership and skills. There is no public call for papers. For budgeting, the 2026 edition cost €3,725 at the standard rate and €2,925 for the public sector, both before VAT, with free extra places for group bookings; 2027 prices are not yet published. Session materials go to attendees through Gartner's conference app rather than being posted openly. Expect strategy, benchmarks and vendor comparisons aimed at infrastructure and operations managers rather than hands-on engineering.
