Gartner I&O and Cloud Strategies Conference London 2026

The London edition of Gartner's IT Infrastructure, Operations & Cloud Strategies Conference runs for two days, 16 and 17 November 2026, at ExCeL London, as the European counterpart to the December event in Las Vegas. Like Gartner's other events it is analyst-led: more than 36 Gartner analysts are on site to present research, run roundtables and workshops, and take one-on-one meetings with paying attendees, alongside guest keynotes and an exhibit showcase of vendors. The 2026 featured topics are agentic and generative AI in operations, observability and monitoring, IT operations management, digital sovereignty, which carries particular weight for European infrastructure teams, and leadership, skills and governance. There is no public call for papers. Prices are set in euros and quoted before VAT: €3,725 standard and €2,925 for the public sector, with free extra places for group bookings of three or more. Sessions are not published openly afterwards; attendees get the materials through Gartner's conference app. The audience is infrastructure and operations managers, cloud leads and heads of IT operations from large organisations, so expect strategy, benchmarks and vendor selection rather than hands-on engineering. The 2025 edition was held at the same venue in November, and Gartner's 2027 calendar already lists London again for 15 and 16 November 2027.
