Cloud Native Days Austria 2027

The 2027 edition has not been announced yet; these dates are expected, based on the series' usual Tuesday-Wednesday slot at the end of September or start of October, and the venue is unconfirmed. Cloud Native Days Austria is the Vienna community conference that ran as Kubernetes Community Days Austria in 2023 and 2024 before taking its current name in 2025. It is aimed at developers, platform engineers and other IT professionals working with Kubernetes and the CNCF ecosystem, and the 2024, 2025 and 2026 editions were all held in two cinema halls at Cineplexx Wienerberg, with talks running in parallel over two days plus an evening networking event. The September 2026 programme mixed platform engineering and data-sovereignty talks (Crossplane-based managed services, self-service platforms), OpenTelemetry performance tuning, authorization for AI agents with OpenFGA, stateful databases on Kubernetes and a couple of non-technical keynotes. Every edition so far, including the KCD years, has been recorded and published on the event's YouTube channel, which makes it easy to judge the level before buying a ticket. For 2026 the call for presentations ran on Sessionize from early December 2025 to the end of April 2026, so if the pattern holds a 2027 call would open around December 2026.
